Items shipped by truck are sent to addresses assumed to be available for truck delivery access. Items shipped by truck can also be shipped to a business address with a loading dock or forklift available or to the nearest terminal for pickup and there is a savings over residential delivery. In the event that the truck is unable to deliver to your address due to vehicle size constraints, the further delivery by what ever means you decide to use are your responsibility. Delivery by truck is curb side delivery on your driveway and does not include inside delivery  as all items are shipped crated and must be removed from the crates before being moved inside your home or business. On rural delivery where there is a long narrow driveway with out a turn around available for the truck the delivery will normally be at the public access roadside at the drive entrance. Weather delays of long haul truck delivery is beyond our control and we accept no responsibility for delayed delivery for any reason beyond our control. If any crates arrive with any damage no matter how small it seems, be sure to make note of the damage prior to signing for the crate. Some times the outside damage can appear minor but could be the point of entry for a fork lifts fork which can do a lot of interior damage. We have the outside of the crate covered in cardboard and it will show any damage to the crate prior to opening.  If no indication of damage is made, your signature constitutes your acceptance of merchandise in good condition and cancels the right for a claim except for minor concealed damage. In the event of concealed damage contact the carrier immediately and file a claim. Usually minor damage can be repaired locally covered by insurance and will require a written estimate or bill for repairs and photos of the damage. In the event that replacement is necessary contact us about replacement and supply photos of the damage so that a claim can be made. 

If you have your own account with a truck lines and wish to use them we can give you a crate and  palletizing quote from the company we use. The pickup would then be from the crating company and you would pay the crate and pack company directly. If to be picked up from the showroom the items will only be shrink wrapped and you will need to use a blanket wrap company such as Bekins, Prime Time, etc. We are not responsible for any third party carrier and any claim of damage must be filed with them.

All orders are made to order with a quick turn around (currently about 2 weeks). We will work with you to get the furniture delivered at the best possible price for you.  We do our best to keep our furniture priced at the lowest possible level and still maintain the best quality product possible.  Remember our furniture is always MADE IN TEXAS, no imports except those items specifically identified as such.
